Spinal Stenosis
Symptoms
Regardless of the underlying cause, spinal stenosis may result in pain, numbness, cramping, tingling, or weakness in the legs, shoulders, or area that the impaired nerves control. Pain with movement or walking – depending upon the level of the spinal nerve involvement, difficulty walking, and clumsiness are all indicators for the condition also. More serious potential symptoms include abnormal bowel or bladder function, if the lower spinal nerves are affected, foot disorders, and in very rare cases, paralysis of the legs.
