Post surgery pain

Having reconstrucive surgery with instrumentation and fusion has enabled my back to be les painful, but it left me with strong sciatic pain generating down to my toes. I had a racd catheter procedure doen recently, and wondered if anyone else had had that done and what the results were. I am having some side effects, such as headche, nausea, bruising and general sorenes.. Is this typical? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
