Another back exercise I like to do sometimes while I'm at the gym is very similar to the exercise on the stability ball but a little different. All you have to do it lay down on your stomach, with your arms extended over your head and legs extended behind you. Take turns lifting one arm and the opposite leg off the ground, doing quick little pulses. Once you are done, switch to the other arm and leg, and do the same thing. You can switch back and forth for as long as you'd like.

At body1 we recently posted a forum on the Wii-Fit system, detailing an article reviewing the system. The outcome of the review was that it worked our posture and center of gravity, and made a large difference in this area. You may want to check out the system and exercise games to find easy-to-do, safe exercises to sculpt your back.

Stability ball is great for back exercises. Here is the most popular exercise.

Lie face down on a stability ball. Position yourself so that you are balanced directly over the ball. When you are balanced slowly extend your arms and legs so that you are balancing your entire body on the ball. Hold this position in a static rep for as long as you can. This exercise will take some practice because it requires a lot of balance and coordination in your stabilizer muscles. Overtime you will be able to hold your balance on the ball for a longer period of time

I've seen a lot of workout online for abs and mid-section, but not too many to work out the back. Anyone have any recommendations?
